Our jewelry consists of a variety of metals as the base. Some are brass and some are Stainless steel.

Our jewelry is plated witH 18k Gold.

Karat refers to the purity of gold in an alloy, indicating the proportion of pure gold to other metals within the jewelry or object. 24-karat gold is considered pure gold, while lower karat numbers indicate the presence of other metals like silver, copper, or nickel. For example, 18-karat gold is 75% pure gold.

OUR ANKLETS ARE ALL PVD COATED AND THEREFORE WATERPROOF.

GOLD PLATED JEWELRY CAN NOT BE WATERPROOF DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. ONLY PVD COATED JEWELRY IS WATERPROOF. OUR GOLD PLATING JEWELRY HAS BEEN TRIED AND TESTED FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND WE ONLY STOCK THE HIGHEST QUALITY.

GOLD PLATING IS DONE VIA ELECTROPLATING, AND PVD IS DONE VIA PHYSICAL VAPOR DEPOSITION. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT PVD COATED JEWELRY DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY ACTUAL GOLD. PVD COATED JEWELRY MAKES USE OF TITANIUM NITRIDE AS THE BASE WITH A GOLD PIGMENT ADDED.

PVD coating CAN NOT BE DONE ON ANY JEWELRY THAT CONTAINS STONES, BEADS OR ADDED DETAILS.

PVD is not as widely available as traditional gold plating which presents limited choices and options. We work hard at curating unique pieces and have found that the PVD coated pieces available are limited and duplicated across brands. We aim to offer unique pieces of high quality gold plating.
